Job description We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the machine tooling industry, with specific expertise in CNC grinding machines. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our advanced CNC grinding machinery, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Installation and Commissioning:
    • Install and commission CNC grinding machines at customer sites.
    • Perform machine setup and calibration to ensure precise operation. 2. *Maintenance and Repair:
    • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on CNC grinding machines to minimize downtime.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
    • Execute repairs and replace faulty components as needed. 3. *Customer Support:
    • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
    • Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
    • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. 4. *Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed service records and documentation for each machine.
    • Prepare service reports and provide feedback to the engineering team for continuous improvement. 5. *Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements in CNC grinding.
    • Suggest improvements to enhance machine performance and customer satisfaction. *Qualifications:
    . Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum of 1-3years of experience in the machine tooling industry, with a focus on CNC grinding machines. - Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and software issues in CNC machines. - Ability to travel frequently to customer sites within Pune and occasionally beyond. - Valid driver's license.
