    We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive who would work closely with the Noble House Leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Market Research and Analysis:

    · Conduct thorough research and analysis of the freelancing industry to identify potential clients, projects, and opportunities.

    · Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to stay ahead.

    2. Client Relationship Management:

    · Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers for existing and prospective clients.

    · Understand clients' needs, concerns, and pain points, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

    3. Proposal Development:

    · Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and operational departments, to create compelling and competitive proposals.

    · Ensure that all proposals comply with the requirements.

    4. Contract Negotiation:

    · Lead contract negotiations and discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.

    · Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory aspects throughout the negotiation process.

    5. Networking and Partnerships:

    · Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and expand its professional network.

    · Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen the company's position in the industry.

    6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    · Regularly monitor the performance of business development activities and initiatives.

    · Generate reports and present progress to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

    What we are looking for:

    · A self-starter who can hit the ground running

    · Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business development, with cross-sectoral expertise.

    · Proven track record of winning contracts and driving revenue growth in the targeted sector.

    · Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    · Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

    · Strong analytical and organizational skills

    · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    · Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business development tools.

    · Agile enough to thrive in a dynamic startup environment yet organized and detail-oriented.

    · Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude.

    · Experience working on market-standard sales research and engagement tools.

    · Keen interest in learning about business and products through personal market research.

    · This will be a remote role with the expectation of local traveling up to 40% of the time.
