    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head Of Sales Marketing at JobStars HR Solutions Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on the healthcare industry. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Senior: 7 to 10 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
    • Knowledge of advertising and ad serving platforms.
    • Understanding of business-to-business (B2B) marketing.
    • Experience in brand marketing and promoting healthcare services.
    • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its trends.
    • Ability to analyze sales and marketing data and make data-driven decisions.

    • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals.
    • Oversee market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and target markets.
