Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and drive the sales of company products throughout the Indian market.
Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets in alignment with the company's strategic marketing plans.
Strategically expand into new markets and continuously develop a robust pipeline of new clients.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and positioning in the region.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your designated territory, ensuring the completion of sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, fostering long-term partnerships and strategic alliances.
Manage the timely collection and processing of payments, adhering strictly to the company's financial procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and above is strongly preferred, with a Master's degree in Business Administration seen as an advantage.
Candidate who is based in Mumbai is preferred, other metropolitan bases are also accepted.
Proficiency in English is required; additional fluency in major Indian languages such as Hindi, Tamil, or Bengali is highly desirable.
Proven track record of success in the Indian market, with at least 5 years of senior sales leadership experience in the industry.
In-depth understanding of the market dynamics and customer base in India relevant to our industry.Exceptional sales acumen and expertise in market development, strategic planning, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams, inspire performance, and drive results.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.
