    Description

    1. Quality Control: Conducting quality inspections of finished products or structures to ensure they meet established standards and specifications. This includes checking for defects, verifying measurements, and assessing the overall appearance.

    2. Project Coordination: Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate the finishing phase of construction or manufacturing projects. This involves creating work schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely completion.

    3. Material Selection: Recommending appropriate finishing materials, such as paints, coatings, flooring, and fixtures, based on project requirements, budget constraints, and aesthetic considerations. Ensuring that the chosen materials meet quality standards and are compatible with the project specifications.

    4. Supervision: Managing and supervising a team of workers involved in the finishing phase. This includes assigning tasks, providing guidance, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project guidelines.

    5. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the finishing phase. This may involve addressing defects, coordinating rework, or implementing corrective measures to achieve the desired quality standards.

    6. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the finishing phase, such as inspection reports, quality control records, and material specifications. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

    7. Communication: Regularly communicating with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to provide progress updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. Actively participating in meetings and discussions related to the project's finishing phase.

    8. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost-saving measures, or enhanced efficiency in the finishing phase. Implementing best practices, new technologies, or innovative techniques to optimize the quality and productivity of the finishing processes.

    9. Health and Safety: Ensuring a safe working environment for the finishing team by adhering to health and safety guidelines, promoting the use of personal protective equipment, and addressing potential hazards or risks in the workplace.

    10. Budget Management: Monitoring and managing the budget allocated for the finishing phase. Tracking expenses, controlling costs, and making recommendations to optimize resource utilization without compromising quality.

    Qualification : BE Civil, or any equivalent degree.
