    Description

    Job Title: Projects Manager

    Company Website: Independently delivering retail property projects on time, to budget and to the required standard.

    • Managing suppliers, designers and fitout contractors.
    • Coordinating with internal stakeholders like information technology, marketing, procurement and business development teams to ensure adherence to brand standards and store opening schedule.
    • Ensuring proposals, plans, layouts and finished property meet the requirements of the designers and brand.
    • Overseeing the tender, drawings, BOQ and estimates.
    • Resolving site related queries.
    • Managing renovations and redesigning of current stores and Should have a total of 5 years' experience in architectural and interior designing and site supervision
    • Should have minimum 5 years' retail fitout experience
    • Must have a bachelor's degree in an engineering subject (preferably architecture) from an accredited university
    • Knowledge of, and/or previous experience with, local relevant processes and procedures (landlords, municipalities, food control, drainage, etc.)
    • Professional body membership.
    • Should have excellent multitasking skills and verbal and written Communication Skills.
