Responsibilities:
1.Conduct a minimum of 60 outbound client calls daily to potentialreal estate leads.
2. Engage in successfulconversations with a minimum of 4050 clients daily showcasingexcellent communication and sales skills.
3.Schedule a minimum of 5 client meetings per day demonstratingstrong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
4.Diligently follow up with clients to confirm and prepare them forscheduled meetings ensuring high attendancerates.
5. Utilize provided scripts and salesresources effectively to maintain consistency and quality in clientinteractions.
6. Document all client interactionsupdates and followups accurately in the companys CRMsystem.
7. Collaborate with the sales team tostrategize and optimize outreach efforts for maximum leadconversion.
8. Stay informed about current markettrends property listings and competitor activities to provideinformed recommendations to clients.
9. Maintaina positive and professional attitude while representing HomesTerritory in all clientinteractions.
Requirements:
1.Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales
2. Excellent verbal communication and activelistening skills with the ability to engage clients effectivelyover the phone.
3. Strong negotiation andpersuasion abilities with a knack for building rapport and trustwith potential clients.
6. Adaptable to flexiblework hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate clientschedules and maximize outreachopportunities.
