Weare seeking a property legal Consultant to provide legal guidanceand documentation for all aspects of our property business.Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for managing legaldocuments contracts and agreements related to property transactionsproviding legal advice and support to internal stakeholders andensuring that all propertyrelated activities comply with legalregulations andrequirements.
KeyResponsibilities:Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders onproperty transactions contracts andagreements Draftand review legal documents related to property transactionsincluding agreement of sale sale deeds property registrations leaseagreements purchase agreements anddeeds Manage legaldue diligence processes for property transactions includingreviewing title reports and conducting propertyinspections Ensurecompliance with legal regulations and requirements related toproperty transactions including zoning laws environmentalregulations and property taxlaws Ensuringcompliance with Real Estate Regulatory Authority GHMC HMDA DTCPElectricity Board Pollution Board and otherrequirements.
Represent the company in legal proceedings related to propertydisputes such as landlordtenant disputes or property damageclaims Collaboratewith other departments such as finance and real estate to ensurethat all propertyrelated activities are in compliance with legalrequirements Stayuptodate on changes to property laws and regulations that mayimpact the companysoperations Otherduties asassigned.
Qualifications:
LLB or above degree from an accredited lawschool 5 years ofexperience in property law preferably in a real estate firmincluding experience drafting and reviewing propertyrelatedcontracts andagreementsKnowledge of property laws and regulations including zoning lawsenvironmental regulations and property taxlaws Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills Ability towork independently and as part of ateam.
