    Job Description:

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    1 Responsible for ensuring solutions align with the Roadmap and Blueprints for each impacted domain
    2 Work with clients to shape technical architecture and define and scope projects to address specific needs
    3 Evaluate trade offs with technology and feasibility and make choices that fit the constraints of the project
    4 Own implementation tasks from initial planning and requirements analysis, through design, development, testing and deployment
    5 Develop technical documentation (HLD, LLD), gap analysis between current state and desired future state

    Professional & Technical Skills:

    1 Communicate concepts, architectures, solution approach options and evaluations through effective diagrams and written materials
    2 Understands web services (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) and other technologies that can be used to transport data in an enterprise environment and interact with Salesforce
    3 Support and maintain current Salesforce instance(s), including the data model, coding best practices, user permissions, integrations with third party and internal applications, security settings
    4 Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, utilizing Salesforce APIs, middleware tools, and custom development. Identify integration patterns, recommend integration technologies, and ensure data integrity and security

    5 Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its declarative capabilities, data model, security model, and integration options.

    Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and functionalities, and provide guidance on leveraging new capabilities
    6 Stay current with emerging Salesforce and industry trends, best practices, and technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and automation to enhance the overall efficiency, performance, and user experience of Salesforce solutions

    The candidate should have a minimum of 9.5+ years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

    • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions.
    • This position is based at our Kolkata office.
