Description
The role of Executive/ Sr. Executive - International Business Development would require candidates to interact with foreign based clients both via voice (direct phone calls) as well as non-voice (Emails, Hangouts, WhatsApp and Facebook) processes. Selected candidates would further be required to inform and explain clients about Academic Consulting & E-learning services being offered, understand their custom project requirements, provide competitive price quote and book projects as per specific requirements & fulfilling SOPs. This role involves 360 degree or full life cycle of a core International Sales/BD position. This is a D2C Consultative Inside Sales role and NOT a tele-calling position.
Specific Responsibilities include:
1. Contacting clients via WhatsApp calls, Emails, Hangouts, WhatsApp and Facebook in a polite and professional manner to understand their project requirements, explain services provided and answer their queries.
2. Developing strong project comprehension and develop an ability to provide customised price quotes with efficiency.
3. Maintaining strong and professional relationships with clients while convincing them about the organization's service quality and booking their project orders with full commitment towards achieving team targets.
4. Regularly following-up with clients via calls, WhatsApp and Emails so as to ensure efficient action on every lead.
5. Regularly updating records with details of client inquiries, action taken, transaction details, order codes, comments and complaints by fulfilling all internal SOPs.
6. Coordinating with other departments so as to ensure that appropriate action is being taken on every client query, respect or complaint.
7. Escalating unresolved client concerns and grievances to reporting manager and ensuring successful resolution.
8. Working proficiently and professionally in a team while learning from others and helping them in a proactive manner.
9. Ability to adjust to rotational shift timings.
Qualification and Experience
• Master's Degree in Management or any other subject.
• Above 60% throughout Academics
• At least 6 months to 1 yr. of Sales experience is helpful. But academically brilliant Freshers can apply. PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE STRONGLY INCLINED TOWARDS ACADEMICS/E-learning AND HAVE A GOOD TRACK RECORD.
Required Skills
• Strong command over relevant discipline(s) of specialization

• Ability to learn and solve problems related to Sales and Client Acquisition
• Ability to handle pressure
• Professional conduct in terms of reporting time, working hours and official communication
• Readiness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
CTC Offered INR 3.60 lacs lacs per annum
Work Days: 5.5 Days a Week for 6 months and 6 days a week for other 6 months
