    Role Overview:


    As a IT Recruiter at Anzy Global, you will play a key role in building our exceptional team of technology professionals for our clients, with a specific focus on product technology roles.

    You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand the evolving needs of our product teams, and drive the full recruitment life cycle to attract top-tier talent.


    Responsibilities:

    Collaboration and Consultation:

    Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Managers and senior leaders to understand business objectives, team dynamics, and specific technical requirements for product technology roles.


    Strategic Recruitment Planning:
    Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for product technology positions, including sourcing, screening, and attracting top-tier talent.

    Candidate Sourcing:

    Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

    Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business.
    Screen resumes and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation.

    Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to proactively identify and engage with top talent.

    Data-Driven Insights:
    Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of our hiring processes.


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience as a Senior IT Recruiter with a focus on product technology roles.
    In-depth knowledge of the product development life cycle and technologies relevant to the industry.
    Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for diverse technical positions.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
