Payroll Executive

Position Overview:
The Payroll Executive is responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll function within the organization.

This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.


Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:


  • Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees.
  • Calculate and process payroll transactions accurately and timely.
  • Review payroll data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Process adjustments, deductions, and bonuses as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing payroll processing.

Benefits Administration:


  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Ensure accurate deductions and contributions for benefits programs.
  • Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits administration.

Record Keeping and Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee information, wages, taxes, and deductions.
  • Generate payroll reports for management as needed.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Compliance:


  • Stay uptodate with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor laws, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the finance and HR teams to resolve any compliance issues.
5.


Customer Service:


  • Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.
  • Address and resolve payrollrelated concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assist with employee training on payrollrelated processes and systems.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
