- Take completeownership of a group of students including course and countryevaluation onboarding detailed counselling regular followups andmanage the overall responsibility of the students assigned.
- Develop a deep understanding of the universityadmissions process application and intake cycle.
- Create a trusted relationship with studentsvirtually as their Coach for any guidance related to universityadmissions and catering to their preliminary eligibility (GRE GMAT)and language skills (IELTS TOEFL etc..) as well.
- Review the progress of every studentapplication on an ongoing basis to understand the current level ofperformance and perform the bottleneck check with different teams.
- Build crossdisciplined relationships in theorganization partnering closely with the Growth team StudentCounsellors Key Account Managers Loan counsellors Test prep andother support functions while providing feedback and insights.
- Execute the postoffer management processalongside the deposits and ensure timely coordination with the Visateam and the international office.
- Implementthe nuance of sale strategies and ensure that the number of targetsare met throughout the intake cycles.
- Priorexperience in ed tech is preferable.
- Minimumof 2 to 5 years of experience

- Possess strong research skills.
- Ability to present persuade and communicateeffectively oral and written.
