    As a key member of the GBS Project Services delivery team, the Project Support Analyst provides critical support services that ensures our project managers are performing at the highest level and our customers are receiving the highest quality deliverables and service.

    Typical Accountabilities

    Project Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders and team members.
  • Assist with the preparation of project updates for executive briefings.

    • Administrative Support:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and project-related events.
  • Take detailed meeting minutes and track action items for follow-up.

    • Data Management and Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze project data to support decision-making.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any issues that need attention.

    • Technology and Tools:

  • Utilize project management software and tools to track project progress.
  • Ensure that all project information is up-to-date and accessible to the project team.

    • Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    Essential

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, or Healthcare-related major
  • 5+ years of previous experience working in project support, coordination, or administration
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, PPT skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to interpret unstructured information into clear business statements or requirements

  • Experience working in a global team
  • Pharmaceutical experience
