    PTC is in search of a dynamic Tech Lead (Java Full Stack) responsible for building strong and scalable web applications.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Design and document software architectures, component designs, and technical specifications to meet business requirements.
    • Promote best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.
    • Offer technical leadership and guidance, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
    • Conduct code reviews and implement measures to enhance code quality and scalability.
    • Identify and mitigate technical risks early in projects.
    • Create a collaborative work environment, encouraging effective communication and knowledge sharing.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
    • Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and professional growth.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption.
    • Supervise codebase maintenance to ensure compliance with standards.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer Science preferred).
    • 5-7 years of software development experience.
    • Strong Java Development Skills.
    • Expertise in Spring Framework.
    • Experience with front-end and back-end technologies.
    • Hands-on experience with microservices-based applications and DevOps principles.
    • Ability to provide innovative solutions and troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Excellent communication skills and Agile development experience.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
