    TheRole:

    Thisrole is responsible for oversees thetechnical aspects of a software team by making architectural anddesign decisions guiding team members in technical matters andsupervising system modifications andworking on both frontend and backend development processesand design develop and maintain fullyfledged andfunctioning platforms with databases orservers.

    Requirements Requirements
    Handson experience in .Net Core React and Azure
    (5 to10) years of experience as a software engineer including at least(4 to 6) years of UI experience.
    Deep understanding ofUI components and React
    Hands on experience working onSQL.
    Proficient in business analysis architectureknowledge and technical solution design
    Collaborate witharchitects and other team members to define technical solutions andcreate detailed design documentation.
    Provide technicalguidance and mentorship to junior developers.
    Drive bestpractices for coding testing and deployment processes.
    Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherenceto coding standards.
    Work closely with project managersto plan and prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery ofsolutions.
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues asthey arise.
    Stay current with industry trends and bestpractices in Azure and .NET development.
    Experienceworking in an agile environment
    Experience buildingcomplex web systems that have been successfully delivered tocustomers
    Ability to take a project from scopingrequirements through the actual launch of the project
    Experience with missioncritical 24x7 systems and exposure to highperformance & parallel computing technologies
    Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlineswhile providing quality results
    Mentor the junior teammembers
    Ability and desire to be a selfstarter and workindependently
    Ability to effectively troubleshoot issuesand resolve issues
    Az900 certification would be addedadvantage
    Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
    Ability to lead and mentor a team ofdevelopers.
