    Job Description:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding and Compliance Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive experience from pre-employment to integration into their roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen eye for compliance and risk management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Onboarding Activities: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating orientation sessions, facilitating necessary paperwork, and guiding individuals through their transition into their roles.

    Document Management: Collect, review, and process new hire documentation in adherence to both client and company policies, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    Onboarding Support: Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and offering support throughout the onboarding journey. Proactively identify and resolve any challenges or concerns to enhance the onboarding experience.

    Onboarding Metrics Tracking: Maintain accurate records and track key onboarding metrics, such as time-to-productivity and quality, utilizing data-driven insights to assess effectiveness and inform future improvements.

    Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations related to onboarding processes, purchase order management, and vendor relationships. Mitigate risks and safeguard company interests through diligent oversight.

    Vendor Management: Coordinate with background screening vendors to fulfill compliance requirements and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the screening process.

    Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from new hires regarding their onboarding experience, actively listen to their input, and leverage insights to continually enhance and refine the onboarding program.

    Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on the status of onboarding activities, PO renewals, and operational performance metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    Prior experience in onboarding, compliance, or related roles preferred. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.     • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. Able to utilize these tools effectively for documentation, presentation, communication, and data analysis purposes.
