    Required Skills andQualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering Business or closely relatedfield or equivalentexperience
    • Should bewith 10 to 12 years of overall experience intoIT.
    • 8 to 12 years ofexperience in a salesforce development Implementation andAdministration.
    • 3years of proven leadership experience with leading a team ofSalesforceDevelopers
    • 3 years ofexperience developing for Lightning App Builder Aura LightningComponents and handson experience onLWC.
    • Experiencewith Eclipse IDE Apex Visualforce Web Services API SOAP processbuilder and VFflow.
    • Workingknowledge in SDLC process Agile Scrum Methodology and versioncontrol software like GIT Jenkinsetc.
    • Demonstratedexperience with developing and maintaining Salesforce integrationssuch as with API Management tools (e.g. MuleSoft) Salesforce CanvasConnected Apps outbound messaging Salesforce Events and Apexcallouts
    • Demonstratedexperience with automated testing development includingbrowserbased testing using Selenium Provar CopadoAccelq
    • Excellentpresentation and communicationskills.

    JobDescription:

    You will be part of theSalesforce team responsible for designing CRM solutions tomodernize and streamline client business processes and maintainingSalesforce environments by adopting best practices in collaborationwith project stakeholders development and projectmanagers.

    Roles andResponsibilities

    • Lead andsupport client engagements effectively managing project scopeschedule and overall quality of delivery from technicalperspective
    • Collaboratewith client stakeholders to define requirements deliverables andset and manageexpectations
    • Leadtechnical design sessions; architect and document technicalsolutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gapsbetween clients current and desired endstates
    • Developcustomized solutions within the Salesforce platform to supportcritical business functions and meet project objectives clientrequirements and companygoals
    • Buildintegration components to transition data from localsystems
    • Communicatewith project managers internal stakeholders and other developers todesign cohesive projectstrategies
    • Providethought leadership and subject matter expertise on Salesforcedevelopment methodologiesdeliverables
    • Able tofind root causes of problems and quickly determine efficientsolutions
    • Exercisebest in class process control and effectively apply Agile/Scrummethodology to drive systemdevelopment.
    • Performviable solution assessment providing industry best practices toclients

    AdditionalPreferences orcertifications

    • SalesforceCertification on Advanced development and Application/technicalarchitect will add value to therole.
    • Expert levelunderstanding of the Salesforce productsuite
    • Experience withPardot form/template development andintegration.
    • Experiencewith Salesforce CPQ and Product/Price book configurationexperience
