    Description

    Overview:

    The WorkdayConsultant plays a crucial role in implementing and maintaining theWorkday human capital management system within the organization.They are responsible for configuring and customizing the system tomeet the companys specific needs ensuring seamless integration withexisting systems and providing ongoing support andmaintenance.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Collaborate withstakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient businessprocesses within Workday.
    • Configure Workday HCMmodules including Core HR Compensation Absence and TalentManagement.
    • Develop and maintain Workdayreports dashboards and integrations using EIBs Core Connectors andCloud Connect.
    • Provide technical expertise introubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workdayfunctionality and integrations.
    • Conduct systemtesting user training and support during Workday implementation andupgrades.
    • Stay updated on Workday releases andnew features to recommend and implement best practices within theorganization.
    • Participate in the evaluation ofnew Workday modules and functionalities to enhance the systemscapabilities.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.
    • Workday certification in HCM andIntegration or equivalent handsonexperience.
    • Demonstrated experience inconfiguring and implementing Workday HCM including Core HR Benefitsand Payroll.
    • Proficiency in Workday reportwriting calculated fields and advanced customreporting.
    • Experience with Workday integrationsusing EIB Core Connectors and WorkdayStudio.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills with the ability to interpret and translate businessrequirements into technicalsolutions.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and enduserseffectively.
    • Ability to prioritize and managemultiple tasks in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Understanding of HR processes andbest practices is a plus.
