    MandatoryRequirements:
    1. Candidatemust hold a Graduate or Undergraduatedegree.
    2. Minimum of 6months of experience in telesales Telecalling ortelemarketing.
    3. Excellentcommunicationskills.
    4. Proficiency inrelevant computerapplications

    RolesResponsibilities:
    1)Prospecting with suspect leads. A suspect is a person who has stillnot decided ontakingaloan.
    2)Converting a suspect to a prospect. This involves thefollowing:
    • Establishingcontact with the prospect this could involve several calls and mayneed a call at a time beyond officehours.
    • This will alsoinvolve making calls at different times to achievesuccess.
    • Needanalysis
    • Eligibilityprofiling
    • Setting upan appointment
    • Followup with the prospect post every meeting with the sales officeruntil theconclusion

    3)Based on feedback from the prospect seek interventions from thesenior sales resource or by yourself in satisfying customer needswith the objective of converting the prospect to acustomer.
    4)Responsible for conversion of suspects to prospects tocustomers.
    5)Provide support to the sales team in increasing conversionsby:
    • Promptcalling to allsuspects/prospects
    • Timelyfollowup with allprospects
    • Cordialrelationships with the sales officer mapped collaborating with thesales officer in providing feedback seeking feedback from him onyourperformance

    6)Responsible for complete knowledge of company products and policiesas well as those ofcompetition.
    7)Responsible for the quality of the conversation which entails thefollowing:
    • Accuracy
    • ProductKnowledge
    • AppraisalSkills
    • PunctualityTOS
    • TATcommitments

    8)Ability to handleobjections.Updatingthe software. One must capture their conversation with the customereffectively such that a third person can carry on the conversationwith the customer where they leftoff.
    9)Generating References:
    • Thequality of conversation and ability to connect with the customer isalso reflected in the number of references that theygenerate.
    • Providingmarket feedback to the supervisor: It is important to share withone s supervisor any trends that one comes across whilst speakingto a prospect. Examples could be objections from prospects regardsthe processing fee being charged by us vis vis the same beingcharged by a specificcompetitor.
