    The Senior Digital Marketing and Brand Manager will be instrumental in defining and executing the company's digital marketing strategy to bolster brand visibility and engagement online. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative flair, and the ability to support the e-commerce team with creatives, content, and strategic objectives without direct management of the e-commerce operations.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms.- Support the e-commerce team by providing creative assets, content, and strategic insights to enhance the online shopping experience and meet sales objectives.- Lead initiatives across SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns to drive brand growth.- Analyze market trends and leverage customer insights to inform marketing strategies and product offerings.- Coordinate the creation of engaging digital content that aligns with the brand's voice and consumer needs.- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.- Facilitate collaborations with influencers, content creators, and external agencies to expand brand reach and engagement.- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing tools and trends, incorporating innovative practices into the brand's marketing efforts.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree is an advantage.- 7-8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and brand management, with a solid portfolio demonstrating successful brand growth initiatives.- Strong foundation in supporting e-commerce operations with creative and strategic inputs.- Proficient in SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools (., Google Analytics).- Creative thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working
