    Description

    Job Summary



    The role involves issuing payments to vendors depending on the services provided.

    Send letters to the insured as per compliance guidelines. The individual is also responsible in providing emergency services to insured by allocating vendors for mitigation services.

    Supporting the claim finalization by gathering required information / documents as per the business requirement for each claim accurately.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Performs various tasks like issuing payments to vendors, and sending letters to insured to meet compliance guidelines
    • Ordering Reports – Police, Fire, Condo, Deeds & Titles
    • Take required follow up on tasks and update the status on system accurately
    • To provide emergency mitigation services so that their property will not suffer more damage till the time permanent repairs are made.
    • Do a thorough review of the documentation and capture relevant for downstream teams to review
    • To action all tasks on time to meet business SLAs and KPI.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Education and Experience

    • 0-18 months
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    • None

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience

    • 0-18 months of experience; Bachelor Degree preferred
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Basic technology skills
    • Intermediate decision making skills
    • Intermediate time and project management skills
    • Intermediate problem solving skills
    • Intermediate communication skills (written/verbal)
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Works effectively in a team environment
    • Are organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to utilize available Tools to capture information associated with the claims task
    • Live through a continuous improvement culture and leverage tools & technology to enhance personal performance
