    Job Overview :


    Analog & Mixed Signal (AMS) team is part of Solutions Engineering (SE) group at our company, and the team builds state-of-the-art analog designs that result in the best power efficiency, optimized performance and lowest cost solutions for processor cores and GPUs.

    Our AMS solutions comprise of various sensors to help to optimize the system PPA.

    We have some of the industry's leading experts in deep sub-micron circuit design, physical implementation, placement and route, front end views modelling, and signoff techniques.

    This position would be a great opportunity for an Implementation engineer to work in our advanced products team with the world's most successful physical design team, the latest process technologies, and collaborate with experts in other domains of SE group.


    This position is a rare opportunity for you as an physical Implementation professional to work with our successful Analog & Mixed Signal team.

    You will discover a wide variety of leading foundries and work on various analog and mixed-signal products, design which will be used in different types of IPs.

    We are seeking an individual who loves exciting tasks, works as a team and collaborate to develop competitive solutions.

    SE group is newly formed growing team focusing on physical design and implementation for chiplets and SoCs covering multiple market segments:
    Mobile, Automotive, Data Center, and Networking.

    Responsibilities :
    In this role you will be working on the following areas :

    • Understanding Analog / Mixed Signal architectures and development flow
    • You work in collaboration with RTL designer for optimizing the implementation, Power and Area targets.
    • Floor planning, architecture definition and physical implementation against the RTL design
    • Responsible for Implementation, Floor Planning, Placement, Clock Tree Synthesis, Timing and Power analysis, verification of the implementation (DRC/LVS/).
    • Also work for digital block physical implementation from gate level netlist to GDS2.
    • Collaborate with team in building signoff methodologies.
    Required

    Skills and Experience :

    • Have 4+ years of experience in Physical design (PnR) with both cadence and Synopsys tools/flows.
    • Understanding of Synthesis and related constraints.
    • Expertise in various phases of implementation
    • Floorplan, placement, CTS, Routing, ECO, Verification (LVS/DRC).
    • Good understanding of technology tradeoffs in the lower technology nodes.
    • Proficiency in TCL language

    Skills and Experience :

    • Cadence skill programming
    • Other programming skills such as PERL and Python
    • Good communication skills, oral and written.
    • Enthusiastic, selfmotivated, flexible with strong interpersonal skills.
    • You love working in a collaborative environment.
    • You appreciate thematic linked to methodology and productivity improvement.
