Hyperpure is an initiative by Zomato with the primary aim of delivering an unparalleled level of excellence when it comes to the provision of exceptionally fresh, impeccably hygienic, and remarkably high-quality ingredients and supplies meticulously curated for the discerning needs of restaurants.

    What will you do ?

    • Leading and supervising Last Mile Team
    • Manage the vendors and delivery associates for the designated warehouse.
    • Ensure on time reporting and tackle end to end issues on the last mile.
    • To analyse and propose the smooth running of the dispatches and deliveries.
    • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to ensure meeting of on-time delivery and quality.
    • Measures and be accountable to report on the progress of various key performance indicators (KPI) that are linked to the operational performance.
    • To assist the warehouse managers in handling any projects and crisis in a timely manner.
    • To assist in all DA/ customer feedback and propose timely resolutions.
    • To review and implement operational changes and enhancements.
    • To review, brief or conduct on-going SOP workshop and in-house training for the last mile staff on how to handle situations and problems encountered in their daily routines.

    What are we looking for ?

    • Graduation with 3+ years relevant experience in operations management, preferably dealing with last mile delivery operations and big team operating in customer centric environments.
    • Good communication and people management skills
    • Background in management, operations, and leadership
    • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
