    Description
    Dear Candidates,

    We are looking for experienced SAP manager with Fico background for Gurgaon office.

    SAP Project Manager manages all activities related to SAP implementation projects. A person with FICO backgroundEnsures that all SAP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives. Being a SAP Project Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to top management. The SAP Project Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To work as a Delivery manager and Consultant in Client facing support role based in Gurgaon. Work with rest of SAP Team ,Team Lead, Project Managers and Cross functional teams (FICO/BW/BASIS/ABAP/PI).

    Job Description :

    • Proactively handle support calls as per the agreed SLAs and provide resolution to the users
    • Prepare Functional Spec and work with the Technical team to get the Objects developed as per the client requirement, keeping in view the system feasibility, performance, best practices etc.
    • Work on Change Requests, SAP Roll-Outs, Projects, Upgrades, Enhancement Pack implementations etc
    • Willing to go extra mile to deliver as per the agreed timelines
    • Willing to Travel to Onsite Locations (outside Delhi NCR) for upto a month or so, to provide Post Go-Live support
    • Be a Team worker willing to help/support the team members as required
    • Should follow the Policies and Practices established in the company and at the client
