Responsibilities:


  • Provide information about job roles, responsibilities, and requirements accurately and persuasively.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of job vacancies.
  • Port job vacancies on various online portals and update them regularly.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in [Specify Language(s)].
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of job placement processes and basic knowledge of various industries.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
