Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements for WordPress projects.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Coordination and Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in WordPress projects.
Coordinate tasks and deadlines among crossfunctional teams including developers, designers, content creators, and clients.
Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and communicate updates.

Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of WordPress projects.
Identify and address resource constraints or bottlenecks that may impact project delivery.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality assurance processes to ensure WordPress projects meet established standards and requirements.
Conduct thorough testing and review of WordPress websites for functionality, performance, and user experience.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and obstacles that may affect project timelines or deliverables.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and issue logs.
Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, accomplishments, and upcoming tasks.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.
Implement process improvements to optimize project management efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience (1+ years) in IT project coordination, preferably with a focus on WordPress projects ( service based )
Strong understanding of WordPress development principles, themes, plugins, and customization.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Salary:
Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
