    Description

    Job Summary:

    The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Sizzle Properties and its offerings.

    This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategy Development : Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns, tailored to the real estate market.


    Content Creation :

    Craft compelling content for various digital platforms to attract and engage potential clients, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and video content.


    Market Analysis :

    Conduct market research to identify trends in the real estate market, understand customer behavior, and benchmark against competitors' strategies.


    Lead Generation :
    Develop and execute campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion optimization to support sales objectives.

    SEO/


    SEM :
    Optimize website and social media profiles for higher visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).

    Manage PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.

    Social Media Management :

    Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and creating ad campaigns.


    Analytics and Reporting :

    Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to guide marketing strategies and demonstrate ROI.


    Brand Management :

    Ensure that all digital marketing activities align with the brand's identity and message, and enhance brand awareness within the digital space.


    Collaboration and Coordination :
    Work closely with sales teams and other departments to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.

    Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

    Educational Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

    Required Skills and Competencies:
    Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.

    Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

    Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.

    Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.

    Creativity and experience in content creation.

    Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and content management systems.

    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    Experience:

    Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrated track record of success in digital campaigns.


    Work Environment:
    This position is typically office-based but may require occasional visits to properties and attendance at marketing events.
