    Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    FEV Tutor seeks a highly skilled and strategic Brand and Communications Marketing Specialist to join our team to become a valued member of our team, bringing with them a demonstrated expertise in brand management, market research, and a passion for driving organizational culture and values through effective communication strategies. This position requires active collaboration across departments to revamp our online and offline brand presence, monitor and enhance our brand and value proposition, and deliver consistently high-quality and engaging employee communications. Reporting to the COO office, the successful candidate will play a crucial role

    in devising and executing strategies aimed at amplifying our brand visibility, retaining top talent, and fostering a supportive and vibrant workplace culture.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to revamp our online and offline brand presence, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational values and messaging.

    ● Monitor online brand mentions, reviews, and feedback, promptly addressing any negative sentiment or issues to protect and enhance our brand image.

    ● Develop and execute strategies to monitor and enhance our brand and value proposition, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.

    ● Create and deliver engaging employee communications, including newsletters, internal announcements, and company-wide initiatives, to foster a supportive and vibrant workplace culture.

    ● Be a critical driver of the company and website rebranding, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the website reflects our updated brand identity and messaging.

    ● Monitor and analyze marketing and HR KPIs to measure the effectiveness of branding strategies,

    identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations.

    ● Navigate ambiguity, proactively solve challenges, and convert insights into actionable strategies,

    demonstrating a bias for action and a commitment to tangible outcomes.

    ● Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

    ● Proven experience in brand management, market research, and employee communications, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing online brand reputation.

    ● Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools, including social media management tools, online reputation management, and analytics platforms

    ● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with online communities and address escalations, inquiries & feedback.

    ● Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal skills, project and process management, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

    ● Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and optimize recruitment strategies.

    ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

    ● Experience in the education industry or with online tutoring platforms is a plus.
