- 3 years of experience in customer support engineering, handling software and environment issues for enterprise applications such as SaaS, Oracle, SAP, and more.
- Familiarity with tools like Workday, Salesforce, JIRA, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in software delivery or support for HCM, Recruiting, or Financial applications is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority issues simultaneously, with a focus on security incidents.
- Strong knowledge of case handling processes and escalation procedures.
- Experience in creating internal and external documentation, with knowledge in KCS being a plus.
- Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to find solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Keen on learning new technologies and features.
- Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing, capable of engaging with users of all technical levels.
- Self-motivated individual who knows when to seek assistance and when to work independently.
- Become a specialist in the Workday product and related technologies within the HCM Support team.
- Diagnose and analyze complex software issues, collaborate with partners, and contribute to enhancing our knowledge base.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience by providing timely updates on issue status and handling escalations effectively.
