    We are seeking a Senior AccountManager with an Advertising Experience with the capability tooversee Project Managers combining expert project management withexceptional client relationship skills. This role is pivotal inensuring project excellence and fostering strong clientrelationships driving strategic growth and operational efficiency.We are looking for someone who has digital marketing experience whounderstands the language. Having an understanding of strategy willhelp. KeyResponsibilities:
    • ClientManagement: Act as the primary liaison for clientsmanaging relationships and ensuring their needs are met without thedirect involvement of leadership in clientcalls.
    • Project Organization: Maintain organization within ClickUp our chosenproject management tool ensuring tasks are properly assignedtracked and deadlines aremet.
    • OperationalEfficiency: Identify operational challenges withinprojects or team workflows and develop strategic solutions toimprove processes.
    • TeamLeadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinateboth internal teams and external contractors to achieve projectmilestones. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages highperformance.
    • Vendor andContractor Management: Submit detailed proposals tovendors and negotiate terms to support project needs. Managerelationships with contractors ensuring clarity of projectobjectives timelines anddeliverables.
    • Strategic AccountPlanning: Identify growth opportunities withinexisting accounts and collaborate with clients to develop strategicplans that leverage agencystrengths.
    • Reporting andAnalysis: Provide comprehensive reports on accountstatus including client feedback project progress and teamperformance using insights to driveimprovements.
    • Project Oversight: Oversee the planning execution and delivery ofprojects ensuring they are completed on time within scope andbudget. Provide guidance and support to Project Managers ensuringproject objectives align with clientgoals.
    • Risk Management andProblem Solving: Proactively identify potentialissues in both project execution and client relationshipsdeveloping strategies to mitigaterisks.
