    About Client:

    A leading renewable energy organization.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    This role will be responsible for building and running the people development process mainly focusing on but not limited to

    Learning & Development

    • Creating a robust L&D process, including identifying training needs, creating training calendar and running training programs across levels
    • Creating a robust process for hi potential employee development, including making IDPs, career paths & succession planning
    • Managing budgets and relationships with vendors.
    • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
    • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.

    Performance Management

    • Running the annual performance appraisal process and refining the same
    • Running mid- year feedback sessions and Multi rater feedback/360 feedback sessions.
    • Participating in feedback conversations and creating action plans out of the same.

    Employee Engagement

    • Running engagement & pulse surveys
    • Co-creating action plans with managers and ensuring the same is completed.
    • Custodian of and drafting and revising employee Policies, Employee handbook and Guidelines as and when needed. Special Projects wrt Employee Development
    • Responsible for driving Rewards and Recognitions for the Organization.
    • Additional responsibilities as and when required.

    Requirements :

    • 7+years of experience.
    • MBA - HR
    • Highly skilled in learning & development, performance management & employee engagement
