    Description

    Job Title:Equity Dealer

    JobSummary: The Dealer is responsible for executingtrades on behalf of clients and providing them with investmentadvice. They will be required to monitor markets and keep up todate with industry news and trends to provide informedrecommendations. The Dealer will also be required to manage clientrelationships and provide excellent customer service to maintainclient satisfaction and loyalty.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    To executetrades for the clients keeping them informed About rates ResearchInformation and Market Outlook Order & Trade Details andConfirmations

    Communicating Intraday TradingCalls and Investing Ideas to Customers. Monitor markets and stay upto date with industry news and trends to provide informedinvestment advice

    Calling dormant / inactiveclients and convincing them to start trading.

    Individually Operate NSE / BSE Terminals

    Manageclient relationships and provide excellent customerservice

    Provide regular updates to clients onthe status of their investments and any changes in marketconditions that may impact their portfolios

    Collaborate with research and analysis teams to stay current onmarket developments and investment opportunities

    Identify and Develop New Streams for Equity RevenueGrowth

    Ensure compliance with all regulatoryrequirements and company policies and procedures

    Develop and maintain a strong understanding of theproducts and services offered by the company

    Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to thedevelopment of new products and services

    Achieving monthly brokerage targets

    Qualifications andRequirements:

    Bachelors degreein finance business economics or a related field

    Relevant certifications such as NISM or NCFM

    Strong understanding of financial markets investmentproducts and trading strategies

    Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills

    Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills

    Abilityto multitask and work well under pressure in a fastpacedenvironment

    Prior experience in stock brokingtrading or investment banking is preferred

    Proficient in using trading platforms and other relevantsoftware
