    Description

    Overview :

    - As a SAP Enterprise Architect (EA), you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing SAP solutions that align with the organization's business objectives and IT strategy.

    - You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing scalable and efficient SAP architectures, and providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP solutions.

    This role requires deep expertise in SAP technologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Responsibilities :

    SAP Solution Design :

    Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP SCM, and other relevant modules, to meet business requirements and technical specifications.

    Technical Leadership :

    Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, including SAP developers, consultants, and other stakeholders, throughout the project lifecycle.

    - Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

    Requirements Analysis :

    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and recommend appropriate SAP solutions and configurations.

    Architecture Planning :

    Develop SAP architecture blueprints and roadmaps that align with the organization's IT strategy, enterprise architecture principles, and best practices.

    - Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of SAP solutions.

    - Integration and Interoperability: Design and implement integration solutions to enable seamless data flow between SAP systems and other enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.

    - Ensure interoperability and data consistency across the IT landscape.

    Performance Optimization :

    Identify opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of SAP systems, including system tuning, database optimization, and infrastructure upgrades.

    - Implement best practices for SAP performance monitoring and management.

    Security and Compliance :

    Define and implement SAP security policies, roles, and authorizations to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.


    - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to mitigate risks.

    Change Management :

    Manage the impact of changes to SAP systems, including upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

    - Develop change management plans and coordinate with business users and IT teams to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transition.

    Vendor Management :

    Collaborate with SAP vendors, consultants, and service providers to evaluate and select appropriate SAP solutions, tools, and services.

    - Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality and value for money.

    Requirements :

    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

    - 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP architecture design and implementation, with a focus on SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other SAP modules.

    - Deep expertise in SAP technologies, including SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Integration Suite.

    - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, IT governance frameworks, and industry standards.

    - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and technical requirements.

    - Proven track record of leading successful SAP projects from design to implementation, including hands-on experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g ASAP, Activate).

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    - SAP certification(s) in relevant areas (e.g., SAP Certified Application Architect, SAP Certified Technology Associate) preferred.

    - Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g. SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business ByDesign) and SAP migration to the cloud is a plus.

    - Familiarity with emerging technologies such as machine learning, IoT, and blockchain and their integration with SAP systems.
