    30/05/Who you areAs a Subject Matter Expert (SME), your role is integral to the organization's success, requiring you to leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

    You play a crucial role in driving technological advancements and providing subject matter expertise in Test and quality leveraging best practices across Testing Principles including Optimized test coverage, Test Requirements Coverage, review, and upgrade test scenarios while supporting test Automation teams with Test scenarios and Test Steps definition.

    You are the one to lead Revamping the existing test landscape with due implementation of best test best practices making sure that test suite gives optimum coverage to the solution.

    You are the one that who reviews the outcome of each test cycles and validates the results to comply the productive solutions/ expected behavior.

    You are actively involved in the delivery life cycle phases to scope test early and provide technical guidance to Automation teams, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and standards.

    Troubleshooting, analyzing defects, and offering preventive actions for potential issues are also part of your daily tasks.

    Effective communication, both written and verbal, is crucial to report to wider stakeholders effectively in order to provide opportunity for better decisions.

    In terms of strategy and roadmap, you analyze the release strategy, current landscape, goals, and challenges to suggest continuous improvement and innovation.

    You anticipate future hurdles and develop mitigation strategies while staying updated on relevant technologies to bring new solutions to the table.

    Delivering results is a key focus, where you ensure successful technology implementation with acceptability across all hierarchies.

    As an individual contributor, you leverage hands-on expertise to deliver impactful results, documenting and optimizing business processes while mentoring junior team members.

    You will work closely with development teams, product management, and process management team to strengthen your deliveries.


    You have experience in the following areas:7+ years of experience in IT Quality Assurance for Mid to Large size enterprise deliveries preferably with SAP implementations with good exposure of Full SDLC.You should have very good functional knowledge across S2P, R2R, Ariba and MDG processes and supporting SAP Products.

    You Enjoys converting Business requirement in to Detailed test cases with adequate Test coverage and link to Test data available in test systems.

    You understood the Table structure and Functional flows and able to create test data yourself to support the test needs.

    You have very good understanding of Data integration Approaches and Have an understating how data CRUD interfaces work in various Network topologies.

    Have good working Experience in Agile and Hybrid ways of working.

    You have agile mindset and flexible to accommodate test plans as per change is delivery plan and scope as per sprint planning.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and issues, ensuing high-quality software delivery.

    Good Understanding and Hands on experience on tools such as Test Management, Test Data Management, Test ReportingPossessing great collaboration and communication skills to engage stakeholders from various team to get the scope converted in to Test coverage, getting Defect triages in place.

    Experience in defining Test Strategies, Test plans and Test Management tools in varied development methodologies.
    Advantageous to have understanding of Automation tools and ways of working to support the overall test deliveries.

    Your responsibilitiesThe Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a key role which leverage their deep knowledge and experience to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements, drive technological advancements, and provide subject matter expertise in establishing best practices in SAP TestingThis also includes design, technical debt reduction and leveraging best practices towards faster and quality-controlled deliveries with approach towards % test coverage.

    You Lead the transformation of Testing procedures to a more optimized, More Focused testing to identify the potential leaks very early in the test cycle and to ensure an efficient end-to-end quality engineering through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, integrity and time to market.
