    Description
    Main Purpose of the JobTo lead and supervise the assigned H2R Operational Admin functions and services.


    Key Outputs / DeliverablesEnsures timely and accurate delivery of payroll's operational activities including payroll processing, direct deposit payments, online pay statements to all markets supported according to defined deadlines.

    Ensures that payroll systems are in place, handles employee's payroll data receipt (time, attendance etc.) and validation, follow-ups on incorrect pay informationEnsures legal and local statutory data collection reports and validates for reasonabilityLeads internal/external audits, knowledge base updates, year-end process interaction and payroll calendar settingMonitors internal controls on payroll management and compliance are in place to ensure data privacy and accuracyHandles income tax compliance, PF, Pension, NPS & GratuityTDS- Tax deductions, State Professional TaxForm-16Lead and manage the payroll team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    At least 10 years of experience in PayrollStrong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
    Proficiency in SAPHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    Effective communication and leadership abilities.

    Highly analytical and with strong problem solving skillsAbility to lead and develop peopleEffectively handles pressures and demands from multiple customers and competing prioritiesStrong customer focused attitude with a commitment to quality and customer serviceAble to work from basic to advanced computer applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)Able to handle highly sensitive HR and Payroll information in a confidential and professional manner.
