    Description

    Main Purpose of the Job

    To lead and supervise the assigned H2R Operational Admin functions and services.

    Key Outputs / Deliverables

    • Ensures timely and accurate delivery of payroll's operational activities including payroll processing, direct deposit payments, online pay statements to all markets supported according to defined deadlines.
    • Ensures that payroll systems are in place, handles employee's payroll data receipt (time, attendance etc.) and validation, follow-ups on incorrect pay information
    • Ensures legal and local statutory data collection reports and validates for reasonability
    • Leads internal/external audits, knowledge base updates, year-end process interaction and payroll calendar setting
    • Monitors internal controls on payroll management and compliance are in place to ensure data privacy and accuracy
    • Handles income tax compliance, PF, Pension, NPS & Gratuity
    • TDS- Tax deductions, State Professional Tax
    • Form-16
    • Lead and manage the payroll team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 10 years of experience in Payroll
    • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency in SAP
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
    • Highly analytical and with strong problem solving skills
    • Ability to lead and develop people
    • Effectively handles pressures and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities
    • Strong customer focused attitude with a commitment to quality and customer service
    • Able to work from basic to advanced computer applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
    • Able to handle highly sensitive HR and Payroll information in a confidential and professional manner.
