- Be a Professional Service Specialist, leading the deployment of our product from beginning to end, with a hands-on approach in guiding customers to tailor the product to meet their specific business requirements.
- Work on creating customized solution designs by utilizing the product's capabilities efficiently, ensuring they align with customer needs and contribute to their success.
- Analyze business needs, estimate impacts, and collaborate with architects for scope breakdowns.
- Take part in the design process by managing backlogs and ensuring readiness definition.
- Develop and maintain software customizations, ensuring they are well-designed, scalable, and easy to support.
- Lead defect handling and provide technical input on project status.
- Collaborate with teams, participate in code reviews, and resolve interfacing issues.
- Demonstrated track record of successful complex integration project delivery.
- Experience in real-time multi-threaded microservices and knowledge of Java, DevOps pipelines, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP and HTTP protocols, and structured programming experience.
- Degree in computer science or software engineering, with a continuous drive to learn.
- Several years of commercial exposure in a telecommunications environment.
- Experience in the charging or policy telecom domain, along with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset and practical experience with technical tools like genAI and GitHub Copilot.
- Understanding of architecture patterns such as Geo-redundancy, Failover, and Robustness handling.
- Engage in crafting high-level designs and setting technical standards, while working with cutting-edge technologies.
- Lead the development of a suite of products, connecting diverse sub-systems into a cohesive whole.
