Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

Takes part in trainings and learning sessions.
Meets the learning curve.
Gets well versed with Company's policies and procedures.
Consistently meets average productivity targets along with good accuracy levels and maintain zero service cutoffs alongside meeting the agreed turn around time on daily basis.
Handles simple requests, products, systems and accounts with knowledge of process and systems.
Displays knowledge to manage all requests and build better understanding of business, upstream and downstream processes.
Resolves simple customer queries received via communication channels.

Qualifications & Experience:

Fresher or Limited previous experience in customer support functions
Applies general knowledge of business, developed through education, to make informed judgements.
