    Seeking for a highly experienced New Product Development Lead to drive the ideation, development, and commercialization of groundbreaking products in the rapidly growing field of printed electronics.

    The incumbent will play a critical role in translating innovative concepts into market-ready solutions.

    • Opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in the exciting field of printed electronics. Work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment with a team of passionate and talented engineers. Drive the developing new application. Well versed with embedded hardware, embedded software and circuitry to design. Conduct indepth market research to identify new business opportunities and unmet customer needs within the printed electronics space. Stay current on the latest advancements in printed electronics technologies, materials, and fabrication techniques. Generate creative product ideas aligned with market trends and company strategy, fostering a culture of innovation within your team.
    • Develop and manage the entire new product development process for printed electronics, including feasibility studies, prototyping, testing, and pilot production. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure ontime and onbudget delivery. Lead and collaborate with crossfunctional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to bring new printed electronics products to market successfully.
    • Define product specifications and ensure new products meet all quality, performance, and costefficiency standards. Oversee postlaunch product performance, gather customer feedback, and utilize learnings to inform future product iterations. The incumbent is responsible for leading the organization in research for new products, product enhancements and product redesign.
    • The incumbent would evaluate the potential and practicality of products in development and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Drive product innovation and experiment to keep library of various material combinations to beat customer specifications. Deliver customer samples extremely fast & first time right in quality. Creates a prototype of a new product in order to iron out flaws in the final design Prepares a cost analysis on the development of a new product.
    • Minimum 15+ years of experience with a proven track record in both research and new product development, ideally in the printed electronics industry.
    • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Stage-Gate) is a plus.
    • Proficiency in relevant software tools for product development (e.g., design simulation software) is preferred.
