    Job Role: ReactJs Lead Developer

    Job Location: Pune / Bengaluru / Chennai

    Experience- 7 to 10 years

    Notice Period : upto 15 Days

    Job Description:

    • Candidate should have good understanding of ReactJS and its core principles.
    • Strong experience in building reusable and scalable ReactJS components.
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
    • Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
    • Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
    • Experience with popular ReactJS state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
    • Familiarity with server-side rendering frameworks (e.g., ) is a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop new user-facing features using ReactJS.
    • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
    • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
    • Optimize components for maximum performance across different web browsers and devices
    • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
    • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the best practices are followed

    Technical skills:

    • Minimum 7 years of experience as a ReactJS Developer or similar role
    • Hands-on experience in developing and delivering ReactJS-based applications
    • Proven track record of successfully implementing complex ReactJS projects.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
