To review the requests received for the changes to the Auto/Property policies and process the changes as per the guidelines laid down.

Job Responsibilities

Ability to skim through Auto/Property policies and based on insured's/agents request, policy guidelines & history, provide processing solution
Work with the insurance agents, RMBC and team members to modify, update, and process requests for the Auto/Property policies
Review and verify personal information including names, addresses, ages and other data to ensure the accuracy of insurance company records
Follows guidelines and adheres to high standards
Takes initiative to enhance process through Ideas and CI Practices
Able to handle assigned work within required standards
Concise written communication skill
Commitment to a full schedule with few absence

Primary Skills

Critical thinking and analytical skills, Comprehensive reading ability and Understanding of American English jargon
Fluent in English communications, Reading & Comprehension Skills.
Effective written communication with internal and external customers requires the ability to compose comprehensive sentences that provide clear and concise information
Excellent Computer usage Skills
