The mission of the Plant Controller is to prepare financial reports and analyses. He actively participates in the company's business process by providing the information necessary to make the best decision.


Main Missions:


  • Preparation of financial reports (Financial reports) and presentation of results
  • Preparation of the budget and monthly/quarterly forecasts
  • Analysis of savings actions and controlling the EBIT improvement plan.
  • IC cost and revenue control reporting in HYPERION.
  • Capex Cashflow vs budget vs forecast analysis and reporting
  • Cost allocation per process/product.
  • Training and expanding the knowledge of other members of the organization in the field of systems, control and reporting procedures.
  • Liaising with the organization's local and group finance department to ensure compliance with group procedures and local legal requirements.
  • Cooperation with internal and external auditors.
  • Carrying out other tasks assigned by the Superior as part of the position held.
  • Commitment to comply with the principles of environmental management systems, occupational health and safety management and quality management in force at the plant.

To be successful for this role:

  • University Degree
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar Position
  • SAP knowledge or similar ERP system
  • Good knowledge of in Office tools (Excel) and HFM (reporting system)
  • Good analytical vision.
  • Leadership Experience

Language Skills:


  • Good communication skills in both French and English
