    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the identification of process improvement opportunities across various BFSI functions.
    • Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and enhance performance.
    • Collaborate with delivery leads to quantify gains, conduct feasibility studies, and build compelling business cases for process automation initiatives.
    • Facilitate the deployment of automation opportunities utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other digital technologies.
    • Provide support during new process transitions, ensuring timely and successful implementation according to defined plans.
    • Contribute to consulting and due diligence projects as required, providing insights and expertise.
    • Champion an Agile way of working culture within the delivery organization, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
    • Develop reusable assets such as case studies and implement knowledge management practices to share best practices and learnings.
    • Lead the development of transformation solutions for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), showcasing our capabilities to potential clients.
    You will be successful in this role if you have:

    years of experience in a process improvement function, preferably within the BFSI sector.

    • Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and their application in realworld scenarios.
    • Handson experience with robotic process automation (RPA) and other digital transformation technologies.
    • Indepth knowledge of BFSI operations and processes.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of process improvement specialists.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach.
    • Proficiency in Minitab R software and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • A passion for continuous improvement and a forwardthinking mindset.
