    Are you a specialist in communication and relationship building with an aptitude for managing distributor sales pipelines? If yes, we invite you to apply for this fantastic opportunity at SHL. We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist in commercial.
    The Customer Success Specialist is a key contributor to effectively guide and grow sales within an assigned distributor region while ensuring alignment with SHL's products and services.

    What you will be doing:
  • Drive monthly business reviews with distributors to assess current business status and plan for growth.
  • Attend to commercial requests and technical issues from distributors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned regions.
  • Evaluate SHL product applications in distributor client companies and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure project quality.
  • Assist in proposal and presentation preparation for distributor clients.
    • What we are looking for from you:
    Essential:
  • Experience with account and portfolio management
  • Successful experience in commercial negotiations within a blue-chip client base
  • Experience in handling multiple commercial processes.
    • Desirable:
  • Strong ethic for fulfilling service requests.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Fluency in a distributor's territory second language is an asset.
