The ideal candidate will have a passion forstorytelling a keen eye for design and a proven track record ofincreasing followers and engagement on social mediaplatforms.KeyResponsibilities:
    1. Developand execute the brands content strategy across various channelsincluding social media website blogs email campaigns andmore.
    2. Create compelling and engaging contentthat resonates with our target audience and communicates our brandsmessage effectively.
    3. Lead the development ofbrand narratives and ensure consistency in messaging across alltouchpoints.
    4. Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including marketing design and product to create integratedmarketing campaigns.
    5. Manage and grow our socialmedia presence by curating content engaging with followers andimplementing strategies to increase followers and driveengagement.
    6. Stay uptodate with industry trendsand best practices in brand marketing content marketing and socialmedia.
    7. Analyze performance metrics and provideinsights to optimize content and marketingstrategies.
    8. Lead and mentor a team of contentcreators and designers fostering a culture of creativity andexcellence.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Communications or relatedfield.
    2. 5 to 8 years of experience in brandmarketing and content marketing with a focus on storytelling andcreative content development.
    3. Proven trackrecord of successfully increasing followers and engagement onsocial media platforms.
    4. Excellent written andverbal communication skills with a strong attention todetail.
    5. Creative thinker with a passion forstorytelling and a good sense of designaesthetics.
    6. Strong project management skillswith the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
    7. Experience with social mediamanagement tools analytics platforms and content managementsystems.
    8. Leadership skills with the ability toinspire and mentor ateam.
