    Job Description:

  • Work on product discovery, validation, and design
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into requirements.
  • Document and propose solutions for business areas and prepare functional specifications.
  • Analyze and document business processes and use cases.
  • Liaise with customers, the development team, and other stakeholders regarding product requirements and business processes.
  • Work with UX/UI designers for prototypes and product design.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with support team to resolve any production issues.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT industry or a related field.
  • Good understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong data analytics experience, preferably using Microsoft technologies such as T-SQL, Power BI, MS Excel etc.
  • Strong background using SDLC management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.) to document software requirements, user stories, defects for development teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Understanding of wireframing/prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Good to have certifications such as CBAP or CSPO (not mandatory).
