    Description
    VP/Head - Sales


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to optimize sales strategies.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
    • Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives to ensure professional growth and Tier 1 college is desired . (IIT/IIM/BITS/FMS etc.)
    • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
    • Deep understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
    • Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset.
    • Experience in healthcare/medtech/B2B is a plus.
