    Vice President - Analytical (Real Estate)

    ### The Job

    As an Vice President - Analytical, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial statements and assessing the credit worthiness of companies. This role requires handling complex rating assignments, preparing detailed rating reports, and contributing to industry research. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining the high-quality standards of our credit evaluation processes.

    ### The Candidate

    We are looking for a candidate with an analytical bent of mind, who brings substantial experience in corporate analysis, preferably within the real estate sector. An ideal candidate should have:

    Qualifications: A CA or an MBA with specialization in finance.

    Experience: 8-10 years in a senior analyst role, with experience in rating companies or housing finance, including team management responsibilities.

    Competencies: Proficient in analyzing financial statements, with a solid understanding of the financial and banking sector. Exceptional report writing and communication skills are a must.

    ### Must-Have Selection Criteria

    Must be working in Housing Finance or Rating agency in the real estate sector

    Ability to understand and analyze business models and financial statements.

    Strong research skills with the ability to conduct industry analyses.

    Excellent interpersonal skills to guide and provide leadership to peers.

    Demonstrated ability to work independently on rating assignments.
