    Description

    Summary :


    We are looking for a seasoned and passionate Software Development Lead with a strong technical background in Java and J2EE to join our growing team.

    You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring efficient software development through Agile methodologies, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and expertise.
    • Break down project requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring successful communication and alignment with stakeholders.
    • Champion Agile methodologies, facilitating effective planning, development, and delivery processes.
    • Foster a collaborative and communicationdriven environment within the team.
    • Identify and manage risks and dependencies within the project.
    • Implement and maintain best practices for code quality and maintainability.
    • Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
    • Possess a good working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (mention specific tools if preferred).

    Qualifications :

    • 712 years of experience as a Java developer with a proven track record of leading development teams.
    • Strong expertise in Java and J2EE architecture principles.
    • Indepth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their effective implementation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
    • Proven experience in writing clear, concise, and welldefined user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
    • Experience working in a CI/CD environment (mention specific tools if preferred).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
